Dressage North East has been holding events for several years.  I am the National Representative for British Riding Clubs in Area 2, and so have experience of running qualifiers and competitions.

We hold a series of competitions throughout the winter months on a Saturday or Sunday at Holmside Hall Equestrian Centre and in the summer months once a month on a Thursday evening starting at 5.p.m. Please remember to add the rider’s name and horses name to entry page.

These competitions use British Dressage tests and we provide online scoring so the results can be viewed within a short time of your test.

Rosettes are given 1^st to 4^th, with prizes for the first rider both junior and senior.

The winter series, carries a points system, which leads to a under 12 year championship, a junior championship aged 12 – 17 years and a senior championship.   Prizes and sashes are presented at the last competition in the series in March.

The Thursday evening competitions – prizes are rosettes 1^st to 4^th place.
